Once in a while it is important, almost imperative to dress up wearing a new outfit that we know we shouldn’t have splurged on, style our hair differently and dab on that gorgeous shade of lipstick that you wouldn’t normally wear on a day to day basis. But you’re only young once, and in 10 years time your body won’t be looking as fit and fine as it is currently. The sun is shining and it will continue to shine bright everyday and it makes you realise that life is to short to wear bland colours and clothing. It’s time to step out of your comfort zone and go out as though you are as fabulous and fashionable as Blake Lively or Olivia Palermo. Here are some of my favourite glam outfits that I’ve been wearing currently: Dress: Missguided Shoes: Betts Top: Sportsgirl Top: Dotti Jeans: Kookai Top: Glassons Jeans: Topshop Heels: Betts Have a beautiful day and stay glam xx

Winter OOTD | 13-14th Aug 2016

The endless winds, hazy dusty sky and torrential rain has finally come to an end here in Sydney where we are (FINALLY) greeted with bursts of sunshine, warmth and good vibes! I have put together two outfits that I have worn this weekend which are suitable for the winter-spring transition to share with all you lovely readers. Another quick update is that I have recently purchased a canon camera and I am so excited to create new projects on this blog as well as my Instagram page (linked to your right for daily updates) so stay tuned for that! I am a Summer baby (born in January) so summer clothes and styling are my forte so I cannot wait to start snapshotting my daily OOTD’s, beauty routine and everything else related to beauty, fashion and styling^_^ I hope you guys enjoy and below are the outfits I wore this weekend! 13/8/16 For Saturday’s look I was rocking the sporty vibe, and decided to go all out with the baseball hat, meshed jersey, leggings and sneakers …

These Boots Were Made For Walking…

As the mid year approaches, mid year exams, deadlines and assessments will be the centre of your worries so finding an appropriate outfit is probably the LAST thing on your mind. However, I’m all about practicability and because knee high-boots have become pretty popular from the runways to the streets, I’ve decided to share 3 simple ways on how to look good without wasting those precious extra minutes in the morning! With Winter fast approaching, it’s time to get out the chunky sweaters, turtleneck jumpers and of course, our classic pair of knee-high boots. The first look is perfect for uni or a casual day out with your friends for brunch in the city. I’ve paired my black boots from H&M with a super cosy grey knitted turtle neck jumper and comfy black shorts. You can even add a necklace as a statement piece for that added detail and you’re good to go. For my next look, this is more applicable to wear one of those days where you want to look great but just can’t …

Summer/Spring Lookbook 2016

For those of you living in the Southern Hemisphere, colder days are soon arriving (breaks down in tears), and so again the cycle of confusion begins as we’re left struggling in the midst of our rooms, surrounded by mismatched shoes, heavy coats and halter tops that just don’t seem to be appropriate for this seasonal period. So for today’s blogpost, I’ve shared 3 appropriate outfits to prepare yourselves for the ever-changing, ever-catastrophic weather season: Over the past few months, I’ve basically been living in midi wrap dresses because they’re just so damn comfy to hop into! In this first outfit I am wearing an olive green wrap dress that is the softest material that stretches so you don’t have to worry about looking like a baby penguin in public. These dresses hug you in all the right places that not only keep you warm but also accentuates your curves!  I’ve paired it with my comfiest nude heels from the Kardashian Kollection but I’ve also worn it with beige sandals and even black Havaianas. And in …

Monochromatic Pairings

Lately I’ve been obsessing with wearing a completed ‘set’ outfit or at least a closely matched outfit since, unfortunately (and lets be real here), who is able to afford a dozen of paired outfits which you can only really get away with wearing at least twice before you begin to look like a cartoon character by wearing the exact same MATCHED outfit every single day. I like to describe my style as minimalistic and chic with a burst of extravagance whether it be a funky pair of sneakers, a pop of colour on the lips or a rad (fake) septum piercing. So ‘set’ outfits definitely are in my agenda on how to style them to suit any occasion. Style 1. S&S (Sophisticated & Sexy) This outfit from Kookai is paired perfectly with its warm neutral tones of off whites and warm greys. One of my go-to outfits for any night-time event whether it be a formal dinner even (layered with an oversized coat or blazer) or a fun girl’s night out clubbing. Because of its …

Weekly Wardrobe.

February is coming to a near end, marking the official end of the Summer break holidays, and oh what an extraordinary series of 4 months it has been. The highlights definitely included my boyfriend and I’s one year anniversary, basking under the great Southern sun at Vaucluse beach Sydney and ending it with a romantically lit dinner at the Wharf, Christmas with my cousins, my 19th, clubbing with friends and of course, marking my boyfriend’s house as my official second home with all the countless lazy days we spend lounging around watching anime films and eating pizza. To accompany the beginning of the gloomy Autumn season, I have decided that the ‘black on black’ trend is surely appropriate.   It’s forever the style of sophistication with a hint of effortless. It represents the dullness of ‘uni-season’ without looking too much the part of a soured teen. If attending some uni/work related social work, I advise to stick to this trend of black glamour. Add a dash of bright lipstick or a pop colour through your accessories …
