Affordable Fashion Straight From The Runway 18

Being a fashion journalist student is kinda like holiday-ing at a beautiful resort but unable to understand/speak the language; challenging but rewarding. I’m able to read and write and gain behind the scenes exclusive knowledge of the latest trends and runway styles but being a university student, simply cannot afford most of the pieces. I understand the daily struggle of browsing through your favourite designers only to realise that the one thing that’s within your price range are a pair of heavily reduced socks. That being said, I have located my favourite FRESH OFF THE RUNWAY looks and trends duplicates that are super affordable and stylish. Check them out and let me know your thoughts. Celebrity reality star Kendall Jenner was spotted with a rich burgundy lip at the La Perla show. Pearl-esque Eyes: This year, the general trend was bold face and lips and simple eyes, keeping the eye makeup simple, natural and dewy. Replace your eyeliners with a nude shadow or glossy shimmer or, in this case, with tiny pearls and gemstones applied to the inner corner of the eyes. This intricate look …

Whats In A Room

I was recently looking at my old iMovie clips where I used to film and edit short clips and happened to stumble upon a ‘room tour’ video from 2 years ago. A lot has changed since in regards to the design, layout, what products I use and my personal style. I used to love intricate detailings and I was obsessed with cute and girly things.. in other words everything had to be pink and luscious. I’ve screenshotted my favourite stills from the video and hope you enjoy these aesthetically pleasing shots of what used to be my bedroom ^_^ My dresser with my old favourites including a vintage angel candle that was my grandma’s and I now use as a jewellery holder, Glasshouse scented candle in Tahaa, easter bunny from my aunty, skull from Daiso, vintage mini plate with renaissance designs that I use as my everyday jewellery holder.  I thought the Tiffany box complimented the bunny. When I was younger, the only thing I wanted in life was a studious pink desk with mini …
