How To Make 2018 Your Best Year Yet

With the first month of January coming to an end, it’s never too late to set new goals for 2018. The middle of January is probably the BEST time to set goals and really focus on what you want to get out of this year because the holiday festivities and all celebrations are out of the way. Golden Globes 2018 | Best Dressed Stars

It’s not everyday where you get to witness solidarity and social issues being spoken so actively by celebrities and film stars, even more so at an awards show. This was the case for the 2018 Golden Globes where stars used the platform to talk about theĀ huge sexual harassment scandals that have been recently brought to light. Female celebrities including Reese Witherspoon and Cara Delevigne even took to social media with the trending hashtags #timesup and #metoo to discuss the gender inequities and harassment women face in the workplace. To honour this years Time’s Up theme, actresses (and actors) wore black to honour the victims of sexual harassment and show their support. Couture designs of Chanel, Prada and Dior dazzled the red carpet as the stars wore custom made gowns just for this special event. Here’s a few of my favourite looks of the night: I’ve also provided a few affordable little black dresses because seeing those adoring outfits just makes me want to purchase a special black dress for myself.
