A Weekend In My Life | Sydney, Australia

I have to be honest, the majority of my weekends are spent either working (I’m a marketing consultant at a hair and beauty salon) or at home binge-watching on Youtube videos or Dance Moms. However, last weekend was one of those few days where I actually did something productive and went out and enjoyed the sunshine. Now that we’ve reached August, the last month of Winter, there are more warmer days to enjoy meaning that it’s time to swap the scarves for our sandals and head outside.

For this post, instead of writing out a long and detailed essay on what I did, where I went, what I wore etc, I decided to just share my weekend with a visual diary and a small comment underneath. I hope you enjoy and let me know what you want to see next xx

Brunch at a popular Instagram cafe-Concrete Jungle located just behind Central Park. We ordered coffee, sweet potato fries, blue smoothie bowl with berries and coconut flakes and the health bowl full of sweet goodness including beetroot hummus which was THE BEST THING EVER.

As you can see my eyebrows are slightly two shades too dark but I just came from a hair styling photoshoot for a competition. They transformed my hair into a 60’s Hollywood celebrity with bold curls with a modern pink and coral twist. I can’t show the photos until the competition is over but I can’t wait to share them!

Decided I needed a more ‘subtle’ phone case so I replaced my Totoro phone case for this one from Dotti. Super cute and finally I am able to hold my phone once again with one hand.

Just had to end this post with this quote I shared on Instagram as a reminder to ourselves to be appreciative for all the people, memories and things we have so far.
